Modern Hobbies (rccarsandplanes.co.uk)  is not responsible for any and all bodily injuries(s) and/or property damage or consequential damage that may occur from the use or caused by in any way the lithium Polymer and NiCad / NiMH cells/packs etc..  Radio controlled and all products related to them are not toys and should be handled with great care.

We reserve the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions if necessary.

Modern Hobbies (rccarsandplanes.co.uk)  reserves the right to cancel any order being processed on this website. In most cases where customer is contactable the reason for cancellation will be given. Most common reasons for cancellation is shipment outside UK, credit card fraud suspected transaction and out of stock product not withstanding other reasons.
